Hatha Yoga
The aim of Hatha yoga is to unify the two energies of “ha” – the left side of the body or moon and “tha” – the right side of the body or sun. These two energies merge into susumna in the center of the spine. Gentle hatha yoga postures will focus on structural alignment and breath.
